(2) 24x40 Classroom Modular Buildings - Never set up or used

Two 24x40 classroom modular units were ordered in 2023 for classroom space, but were never set up. Built by Creative Modulars, delivered to campus, but never set up due to permitting issues. Units are in excellent shape and still sit on the axles.
