Tons of remodeling material in boxes never opened

I have 40 boxes of real solid oak hardwood flooring never opened, tons of sheetrock, joint compound, 5 gallon buckets of Sherwin williams paint, plywood, mortar, toilets and cabinetry never opened . i will list a price but im very negotiable but you would have to pick up these items.
